Agent Assistant, Inc. is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent (ISA) for our fast growing company in the Real Estate Industry, specializing in ISA and lead generation technology. Our ISA's are responsible for qualifying potential home buyers and sellers for our client's lead base via inbound and outbound texts/calls to create the best converting opportunities for our Real Estate Agent clients. So put on your best because you ARE potentially the newest face of AA!

This is a permanent WORK FROM HOME position earning $13-$15 per hour. Fun environment and energetic team! The perfect candidates will be self motivating, driven, and goal oriented individuals who work well individually as well as in a team environment. Great attendance is a must. Computer literacy and grammar skills are super important to do well in this position. Most available shifts include weekends. You will need a computer and sufficient internet speed to perform this job. Phone and headset will be provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include but are not limited to:

350-500 outbound calls per day or Inbound 60 conversations per day

30-50 conversations on a daily basis

Qualify method to warm transfers to our clients

QUALIFICATIONS

**Must be a state of Georgia resident to qualify for employment**

Education: Some college preferred

Experience: 1+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
